How to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Services Print

At any time during your subscription, you can upgrade or downgrade your service to better fit your needs. 

1. Login to your client area account.

2. Select the service that you would like to upgrade or downgrade.

3. On the sidebar click Upgrade/Downgrade.

4. From the dropdown, select your new plan and continue as if you are purchasing a new service.

5. Once your payment is completed, any changes will be updated and applied once your service is restarted.

Note: Before upgrading your VPS, we highly recommend contacting us beforehand so we can ensure there are enough resources to dedicate to your upgrade. The disk space is also not possible to update, at least easily: the actual virtual disk space will increase, but the operating system might not let you increase the size of the partition without risking data loss.
