1. Login to your control panel account.
2. Navigate to your Minecraft server console and stop your server.
3. Click the File Manager tab in the sidebar menu.
4. Delete your 'world' folder, and restart the server.
That's it! As your server is restarting, it will re-generate a new world for you.
